To start the return process for your UK purchased order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below. Please note this service is only for UK orders. Please read the notes below on orders placed outside the UK.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- you will then receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines followed by a second email containing pre-paid labels
- Drop your item off at one of thousands of Collect+ drop off locations around the UK
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- Items must be unwashed and unworn
- Returned in the original packaging
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product at the same price please include in the notes which item you would like to exchange the original item for including product name and SKU.
- We cannot exchange items for products of a higher value, we will refund the original product and a seperate purchase would need to be made.
- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a credit note if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
Sale items are only eligible as refunded store credit

Are there any charges for return?
- We will deduct £3.95 from your refund to cover the return postage cost of your order if you choose to use our Collect + service
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Orders placed outside of the UK
- Due to additional shipping times returns are extended to 40 working days from the time of receiving your order
- If you purchased your item from outside the UK and need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as BBCo will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.
- We are unable to offer exchanges outside of the UK
- Please send your items back to the below address making sure you obtain a proof of postage and tracking details
